WISE develops and nurtures leadership skills among local women as well as young girls in schools and in the communities through training that aims at self-esteem and confidence building, communication and public speaking, advocacy skills among others.
Since 2015, WISE has stayed true to its core goal; to empower women and girls through training on sustainable enterprises within the fishing villages; mainly wetlands and Islands of Lake Victoria, Kenya.
WISE provide skills development, tools and resources needed by these women and girls for personal development and to engage in alternative livelihoods.
